Ban for Steam money code generator?

Good morning guys, I would like to ask, that I've seen tons of "Steam money code generators" that actually worked. My question is that can Steam ban you for using these? Like activating a code, and buy a game with it? Some of them WORKS, so I cannot understand why Steam doesn't do anything against them. So somebody get banned for using these? i've never used them, and not planning it, just want to knwo, is getting money on Steam this easy? Thanks for answers :)

There are a few problems with these where they can easily contain viruses if they are programs you have to install and thus get your computer infected.

Plus yes they can ban your account or at the very least remove the game from your account when they catch you.

And even if it worked, what do you think happens if you do fraud? Why did you even have to ask?

Not only do you risk your computer being infected with the nastyness of the internet, but it's also fraud.

There is no such thing as a "steam money generator". 100% of those are frauds and endless survey loops that lead nowhere. Also you get a nice dose of malware in the process.
Steam Wallet codes in itself are worthless, they have to be activated to be worth something.
That activation process goes over the steam banking servers and is 100% secure.
Its as possible as a "bank account money generator" aka not possible at all.
Every video or similar that shows this working is fake and every person who tells you it works is blatantly lying.
No exception.

Steam money code generators will not work.

A code has not only to be generated, this is done on all the cardboard gift cards, that have a code already printed on them, there is an additional step and that is called "activation".

If you buy a code in a shop, they use an internet connection to steam and activate the code there.

No activation means the code isn't worth anything and will not be accepted no matter if it is on a cardboard gift card or from an online source.

That's also why trying out numbers and letters will also not work, even if you would get a code right, you haven't activated it first. And of course stealing the gift card from the shop is also useless.

Also putting in too many false tries, will get you IP banned for some time and will raise a red flag on Valves side if you try too often.

Fraud can always get your whole account busted and in the end also you taken to court.

Wallet codes need to be activated at the counter of the store bought from. So really there kind of useless unless you want viruses and other malware

You can get viruses/troyans/etc. even from legit looking/sounding executables that aren't from the official site.
