trade CSGO skins with offline friend

few days to my friend's birthday i want to send him a nice skin on CSGO
i want to make it a surprise. but it seems like i cant trade things to him unless he's on online or he send me his trade link, are there another way

There's no way to trade it offline. Just send it on his bday

you can only send him game gifts but even those he has to accept as soon as possible when you send it
