Hi, my medal of honor allied assault war chest games, works just fine on my windows 10 64 bit computer, but then yesterday out of the blue when i was playing, it started lagging a little bid every 6 seconds, and it was just a quick lag, but it is annoying. And it still runs great, but this little lag still is a problem for me, because whenever there is a little lag, i find it annoying. So what i did is to reinstall the games, and they do not lag anymore, but the sad thing is that now i have to start all the missions again, but i still have the other games folder with gamea and all the files, so is there a way to copy the save files from that folder, to the other game files folder so i can just play the missions from the other exes from there? Hope you understand

If you unistalled there is the possibility you unistalled your saves, though usually they do get left. If you can find the save game files that should work.

See where your current save files are stored as that will likely give you an idea where the old files may be. Lots of games save you savegames to you My Documents. If it's not there I'd recommend trying a search on your drive for folders named after the Game/Publisher, internet seach to find location and asking on the GOG forums.

Hi. My other installation game folder, is still there and the saves are still in the games. So i installed the game again and it created another mohaa folder with all the stuff. So what i have to do is just copy the save date from the other game folder ( where the game lags) and then copy it to the new mohaa folder that i just installed ?

Yes, just copy the save files to the new location needed, nothing else.

So i have to delete the save files that is already there?

Not sure if that game has profiles, custom names for save etc. Just dragging and dropping may simply overwrite them. Personally I'd rename the newer Save file folder as Savefile_backup and then drag and drop your old savefile folder across. This way if there is any issues you still have your newer saves.

Whatever the folder containing the save file is called just add _backup to its name then copy the same folder from the old installation to the new one.

Example

C:\games\mohaa installation1\Savefiles (your original save files in here)
C:\games\mohaa installation2\Savefiles (your newer save files in here)

rename
C:\games\mohaa installation2\Savefiles
to
C:\games\mohaa installation2\Savefiles_backup

then drag/copy/cut
C:\games\mohaa installation1\Savefiles (folder)
and drop/paste it here
C:\games\mohaa installation2
