Games are not playing in offline mode anymore.

As the title says when I go offline mode for Steam I cannot play any of the games anymore, when just the other day it would work without problem even when I didn't have internet connection (Booting up computer without internet and logging into Steam). It now says that: "There is no license available for this product. Check back later for availability or notify the local administrator." I was wondering if any buddy else is getting this problem or not and if there is a fix.

Note: This problem is occurring to all people who try to play a game offline at the moment.

I'm currently experiencing the same problem. No games will play in offline mode.

I can concur that this is a known problem now, as I asked multiple friends to try to play a game offline and they all received the message saying: "There is no license available for this product. Check back later for availability or notify the local administrator."

Same problem here, tried checking for updates, going back online, still can't play while offline.

Happened to me last night! I thought maybe my games needed to update and I was just offline but it happened to all of the games I tried to start offline.

Tried launching Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter in offline mode but the game always says when launching "The Steam servers are too busy to handle your request for Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter. Error Code (3)
