Can't Refund Arma 3 Apex

So i tried refunding Arma 3 Apex, not the game just the DLC, i played it for like 10 minutes and it sucked big time. I wanted to get my money back, but anytime i request a refund it gets declined, i know for refunds you cant have more than 2 hours, but its using my Arma 3 Playtime and not Apex, so its counting the 250 hours? Any help would be much appriciated.

It's the playtime since you bought the DLC, it doesn't matter if you played DLC content or not.

Its not using my Apex playtime, its using my Arma 3 from the Start

So its saying 250 hours, i only bought apex 2 weeks ago.

And how much did you play the game in the two weeks?
Because Steam says you've played ARMA 3 for 40 hours in the last two weeks.

Which means you are 20 times over the limit for a refund.

DLC don't have a playtimer ... If you've played the main game 2+ hours more after purchasing the dlc, that counts against your refund request.

DLC playtime counts towards the actual games playtime.

That's the only way to do this. Steam can't know if you were playing the DLC or not.
