Rust Eac Disconnected, know the problem, but I need someone to help me solve it

Hello everyone, Ive been having this problem since i downloaded rust, someone recommended to check my log file and i think i found the problem. I looked online but i didn't find a solution. It sais this when I connect to a server:

I have always recieved this message, I have just connected to rust and still getting eac disconnected.
I don't know why but whenever i connect to my phone hotspot it works, but i only have 10 gb a month so that's not enough to play with, watch youtube,etc. My home internet is better than my phone hotspot, download about 3-4 mb/s in steam, phone is about 1 mb/s. But i don't know why i get kicked when i connect to my home internet. I don't know what's the problem, internet, or this shader thing.

what do i say to them, eac disconnected? i thought about it but i dont really know what to say, i dont know the problem

my friend is like me. He has the same wifi network provider as me and same phone network provider too. It happens to him occasionally. My phone network provider and wifi network provider are different.

You could simply link them to this thread. But explain the error you receive, when it happens, what your hardware is, and that it doesn't occur if you use your phone as a wireless hot spot.
