Check the steam market history, that might be where you got your money from, also i believe if you selected steam wallet refund, it shall show pending next to the amount, but if you had selected to refund back to your bank, then it will not be shown on steam wallet.

Please read the email you got when the refund was approved.

Its normally about 14 days till the refund is processed via valve. If no record of the refund, then basicly valve supposely revoked the payment, meaning the money was not taken and should be going back to your bank.

Could also be if OP bought the game originally as a split-purchase.

Meaning, $0,03 USD Steam Wallet + $30,21 USD VISA.

Refund to VISA would then split it similarly.

I dont believe there is a option to do split refunds, i believe with refunds it all goes to one direction of payment when requiring a refund, otherwise it would be a bit complicated for the refund to get split back into what it was before buying. So valve make it simple by just doing the full payment to either wallet or bank

If you payed with Steam Wallet and credit card and choose credit card as refund target then the money you used from your wallet will go back to your wallet.
Only the amount of money you used from your credit card will go back to it.
Otherwise this would be an easy way to get Steam Wallet money off Steam, something that is not possible.
