Nexus Mod Manager wont open (doesnt even appear in task manager)

as of late i have been unable to open NMM for an unknown reason, one day when i logged onto my computer it simply refused to open, double clicking the shortcut i have on my desktop yields no result and it seems to load for a few seconds, as i see by a loading symbol next to my cursor, however after a few seconds nothing happens. i do not know what is causing this issue but i did try reinstalling NMM, this worked but only for a few days and then simply stopped opening again, i wont want to keep doing this however as i had to reinstall all the mods i had for several games which takes me many hours to do. any help or suggestions are appreciated as i have been unable to add or remove any mods for those games and has driven me to completely stop playing those games.

I would recommend posting this on their website instead of here. This forum is used for Steam, and steam only.

try going into the nmm's install log folder and delete the latest install log
