You responded to my other post earlier where i scratched my steam gift card. And yea i am using that ticket system

Does this error occur if you try said page on another web-browser? Or in mobile format?

On mobile i can't attach files because they are too large and i tried on the steam browser and it had the same msg

This is really frustrating all i want are my 20$ on steam lol
