i cant log in to my steam on computer app

i have a problem with loging in. someone said that i have to start esl zip in steam apps. then when i log in it changes from steam to esl and i cant see the steam logo in my start line, it says that i have to sonfirm something with sms. when i go to email it says that im recovering or changing mobile authenticator. but im not. so i think that the person who said that was trying to recover my steam authenticator. what can i do now?

i can use the mobile app. i logged on to the web steam. but when i log in to steam computer app it says that i have to confirm with sms

(After everything is set up) When you log in to Steam you'll be asked to enter the steamguard code generated by your phone app.

EDIT: The sms code is only used to confirm your phone number. To log in to your PC, you give the steamguard code generated by the authenticator.

i looked in reddit and found a article about this. this esl thing is scam. it changed my steam.exe to something else. look here to know what happend to me and im fixing it now
