Invalid format when connected from TV to PC via hdmi
I know I know I have posted about this but I just wanted to start fresh.
So when I connect my gtx 750 to my TV via mini to regular HDMI I get an error message which is invalid format and it is so freakin annoying.
I have used several HDMI cables but it still happens. I have also tried a lot of solutions online but it did not work :-( . My TV is from onida and it is a 1080p 60hz TV. Also please don't mention anything about older posts.

Thanx

Does your GTX 750 have any video outputs other than a mini-HDMI? Does your PC have an integrated graphics chip?

Okay, interesting. It sounds like an issue with either the resolution, or refresh rate then. Do you mind if I ask your operating system?

Windows 8.1

Fair enough. You will want to restart your PC, then as soon as it starts booting you want to press F8 (possibly Shift + F8) to open the Advanced Boot Options dialogue. From here, you will want to start Windows in VGA mode.

Now you should be able to set a working resolution and refresh rate. Finally, restart your PC and boot Windows normally.

Restart my PC in VGA or HDMI? Because I cannot use HDMI because of the error

Using the HDMI cable, boot in VGA mode:

I am in VGA mode but when I switch to the native resolution the error still occurs

And also everything is not fitting inside the screen

What is your native resolution?

1920x1080

Fair enough. It's most likely the refresh rate that is causing the problem in that case.
