When I saw a Steam bundle on indiegala you could get 10 games for 1$. Inside the bundle it said, that I got 3 games for 1$ and had to pay 2$ more to unlock the other seven. Am I right or is it to something else?

Indie Gala bundles are in tiers. So you get 3-4 games for 1 dollar and need to pay more if you want the rest.
Pretty much the same as on Humble Bundle.
