Terraria pre hardmode

Hi guys, so i played Terraria for a quite long time and I have been putting the wall of flesh for a while because I feel like I am not yet ready for hardmode. so here are the things i have done

-killed all pre-hardmode bosses except the king slime and the wall of flesh of course

-have all the pre-hardmode NPC's including the party girl

- I built a small village for my NPC's houses and leaft some extra for the incoming hardmode NPC's

- I have explored the rest of my small world map but not finished exploring the dungeon.

- I made some tunneling around the jungle since the corruption is near it and i don't want my jungle to be ruined because of the corruption when it starts to spread

-explored and looted all the sky islands

- fished lots of crates to open them in hardmode

- made a garden for plants to grow for potions

- made a money making machine

and here are the thing that I WILL be doing

- make a hellevator

- make the molten armor, night's edge, and other powerful pre-hardmode weapons

- make some artificial biomes/biome boxes

- build other projects like statue room, storage room, etc...

- explore the rest of the dungeon

- fish some more crates

- and when ready, fight the wall of flesh

So these are things that I have done and will be doing and I think it's few. Please leave some suggestions for the things I will need to do before I enter hardmode. Thank You for any useful tips and tricks and syggetions!
