Steam Store, Community and Profile wont load JUST BLACKSCREEN

Can someone help me? This problem has been going on for 2 months now I cant seem to fix it. Whenever I click the store button it just shows a black screen nothing happens. Same goes with the community and profile tab. The only thing that works is the library. I tried using the steam overlay when i play a game it doesnt show up either. Same with trading just black screen SOMEONE HELP PLEASE

I have already done that delete everything in the steam folder except for steamapps and steam wont work.

Then disable DirectWrite and restart Steam.
