Privilegi File Mancanti

Salve ragazzi qualche giorno fa ho comprato installato e disinstallato nier automata perchè pensavo avesse problemi ed invece non era cosi, a questo punto cerco di reinstallarlo e mi arriva un messaggio: impossibile installare, privilegi file mancanti...ma che vuol dire...ho speso 60 euro di gioco ed adesso non posso piu giocarci?

Ok, thanks... anyway, it's happening again with another game... I mean, to see if i'd have the same problem with different games I tried to install sleeping dogs and doom, uninstall them and then install them again... I had the same problem of nier with doom, instead with sleeping dog it's fine... I don't know what to do.

ps: I asked for a refund of nier even though I'm aiming to buy it again but I'm afraid I might have the same problem again... so is that the only thing I can do to make sure I won't have problems later or can I do something else meanwhile?

i just hope that everything will be ok, it was my first game bought in steam and if it will not work i will never buy another game here ahhahahahah XD

a me da questo errore dall'ultimo aggiornamento e non posso ne installare o disinstallare app se non lo avvio come amministratore. Steam è una merda e non risolvono il problema. io di disinstallare tutto perchè sti falliti non riescono a fare una cosa fatta bene col cazzo proprio, che risolvano sennò cambio client (gli altri per lo meno sono ventimila volte più stabili)

just wanted to share this, since i recently had the file permissions error prevent me from installing to my Steam Library. i fixed it, this is what I did:

How to fix can't install games to steam library drive due to File Permissions or something related.

If you can't install games to a Steam Library because of a Permissions error, it may be because of Permission entries inheritance. This guide will help you restore inheritances on PC users to their default for the Steam Library folder at issue.

1. Right click "SteamLibrary" folder.
2. Select "Security" tab.
3. If the checkmarks are grayed out for Authenticated Users or Administrators, you likely have this error.
4. Click "Advanced" button.
5. Under Permissions tab, look for "Permission entries".
6. Check the "Inherited from" section that each entry says "None".
7. If otherwise (i.e., "Inherited from M drive" or something), this is the source of the issue/error. Click the Enable/Disable inheritance button below the Add button.
8. Restore Inheritance to default (not sure what it looks like anymore since I fixed it, but there are 2 options, and i chose the one that restored/removed inheritances to default/none).
9. "Inherited from" section in all entries should now read "None". You have solved this problem, and can now download steam games to this library.

This isn't a perfect guide because i just fixed it and can't remember the precise words of what i changed lol. but i'm sure you're smart enough to figure it out!!!

non si è risolto niente, sti falliti devono risolvere è un problema creato da loro

l'unica "soluzione" nel mio caso è quello di avviare steam come amministratore, ma c'è anche la possibilità che un antivirus stia interfendo con la cartella di steam.

Ho provato di tutto finché non ho avviato steam come amministratore e sono riuscito ad installarlo

Cmq hai solo raggirato il problema, perché questa cosa la DEVONO RISOLVERE, dall'oggi al domani non posso installare un gioco? Mmmm...eh no eh...
