War Thunder doesn't want to shut down (turning off and turning on the computer does not give anything).
The Steam War Thunder library is still on, though the Task Manager doesn't show anything to turn the computer on or off, nor does it give it. What could be wrong?!?

in the games settings (the wrench , top right-hand side of the "play" page )
try this

"Gaijin" is what you would look for in task manager

I still have this problem. I did as you wrote but still illuminated on the steam that is on. I can not turn on the game and change settings there. This can only be done by the task manager - where in detail I have a luncher.axe that refuses access when it wants to disable it. I can only turn it on by the one that is in War Thunder files but he probably does not give it.
