Steam code has already been reedemmed to acc, no new founds appear.
So i bought a code for the second time at a reputable store, but when i decided to enter it there was an error then after i reentered steam i get the error. This code has already been redeemed to this account, but my founds have not increased since the purchase not has there been any added listed on the history. Please Help.

"reputable store" please share store name here, and if it gets link removed/hearted out, that's NOT a reputable store. also, valve/steam is not involved with grey markets, you must take your problem up with them, and if you can't resolve, then you chargeback. G2A is not reputable, kinguin is not reputable, etc.

PlayNTrade #3 Albrook Panama City, Panama. I am scared man, talked to the guy in charge said they never had issues and basically said I was the one scamming him. Thing is first code i bought there was legit so i went again this month....

it may be possible to raise an inquiry with steam by going to help.steampowered.com and going through the options til you get scratched off card numbers, explain the situation, show proof of the receipt, time of purchase, serial code of the card, etc. if it was activated before you purchased it, they may be able to do something. (someone might've been randomly trying codes or some ♥♥♥♥)

I added a card long ago. that shows up. The new card does not.
Rage edit: so i went and checked the date on the recipt and lo and behold its backdated. i have no clue how the heck they did this, even the transaction date on the debit card is backdated. to a diferent date, this is some serius stuff i be in contact with the authorities and the bank.

No man i cant even get the card to activate, it says its used, and based on what i just found out they are stealing the money from people that already bought from them.
