Can clearing the web cache mess up steam?

I cleared the cache earlier as I sometimes do, but this time I couldn't see how long I played games, the recent activity on my profile, my background all sorts. But, is that normal?

Then I have no idea, it also was doing it on the chrome browser when looking at my profile. If I looked at my friends ones, they'd be fine :(

You can't, only moderators can. You can report them by clicking the flag icon in the top right corner of their posts.

You can delete comments on your profile though.

I think someone already tolt that clearing cache should not have any negative impact.
