My friend is level 0, he wants to get to 1 so I told him to get the gem bedge and the task community bedge, he did 2 badges and didn't get xp (should be 200) he doesn't have a phone mobile authenticator, and I need help. I don't need help how to level up since I know how to do it but I need help with him being stuck on level 0. Thanks
