CD Key Purchase Error
Everytime I try to activate my CD Key it comes up with a Steam Purchase Error. Here is the error I got

Where did you buy the CD key off? You might've got scammed, or it hasn't been activated.

You should actually read the error. It says "please contact Steam support". In my experience, that results from region-locked keys.

1,251 is no where near a lot of games.

make sure they are for your region by contacting https://help.steampowered.com/en/

as ReBott suggested. btw, he is 99.999% +0.001% right about his knowledge of the steam platform.

It's fixed it says there is an error but goes into my library anyway

Activated game keys don't go into your inventory.... unless you mean the library..?
