You should be able to update your old ticket instead of making a new one. A new one would not speed up anything.
Anyway, this is because your mistake of contacting support while still getting hacked... They warn you about this.
Are you sure your PC is virus free and that they lost access to your old email?
There is a reason Steam tells you to secure your PC before attempting to recover your account. Before doing anything else, ensure your PC is completely free of malware (even if that means formatting and reinstalling Windows) and secure your email.
Create a new Steam account, open a ticket through there, explain the situation in the ticket.
Also are you sure that the hacker didn't mess up your ticket somehow..
it just says a ticket is already open Forcen and thats it, X to close the window. without the original reference code i cannot link to the open ticket. hopefully this temp account to recover it works.
