really? my AMD is not good for games and it is old now

Skyrim is a rather old game with rather low requirements. Even integrated videochips can run this game.
Unless you're talking about the Special Edition.

check you system at https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

I'd say Ledendary should run depending on resolution, settings obviously. The Special Edition definitely won't.

Because CYRI is notoriously unreliable.

You have a laptop, not a PC. Did you knew that a laptop i7 performs worse as a desktop i5?

because of 6500U? this laptop is the best thing i have ever had to play games

No, in genaral laptops lacks the performance compared their desktop counterparts. Of course as somebody already mentioned, Skyrim has its age, so you should have a acceptable quality/framerate ration even with that.

Of course special edition will be a different story.
