Does skyrim legendary edition come with special edition?
I need a simple answer. I want to buy the Skyrim Legendary Edition (aka original skyrim with all DLCs) but the question remains: If I buy it now, does this include Skyrim Special Edition? I want both of them but if it doesn't than I buy Special Edition instead.

No, why would it.
Legendary is the original release + all dlc. Special is the new updated game + dlc.

Back in time, when it was announced they said who has Skyrim LE they get it for free. But looks like it doesn't anymore. I'm sad... Now I have to choose between them... That's gonna be hard.

That offer was only if you owned the Legendary Edition or the normal game with all DLC on the day the SE was released. Then you got it for free. Was only for that one day.

Because it is just a updated version, all the same content. I got it for free because I bought LE Skyrim back in Winter Sales 2015. 12 bucks CAD for SE and LE. :steamfacepalm:

that was last year for the release of the Special Edition.

Skyrim Special Edition is now available on Steam for purchase. As a reminder if you own Skyrim + All DLC on Steam by the end of October 28th(2016), you will be entitled to a free upgrade to Skyrim Special Edition.

I don't know right now which one to buy. SE has no "mod" (I mean the old version mods aren't working on it and I need them :( Especially mods that are auto-include for me) But if SKSE comes to SE it has greater potential. But there's no guarantee that SE will have those great mods... So I'm a bit worried about buying either of it.
