2 accounts 1 computer. Steam confuses the accounts.

So I made a second steam account using a new email roughly a week ago. When I log into my original account steam and view my profile the appearance is similar to if I were viewing a friends profile. There is no "Edit profile" button and Occasionally it will say "join game" when I'm am not in a game. Logging out and back in does not solve the issue and neither did restarting my PC or reinstalling steam. The issue occurs quite often.
I am using Windows 10.
The issue occurs when logging in to both accounts.
Not sure if it related but my inventory does not update for me after trading.

EDIT:
I have tried uninstalling using a program called Revo uninstaller to ensure all reminants of the app were removed. Then I reinstalled again. No change.
EDIT 2:
The issue has resolved its self. I dont know how or why.

Any help or ideas for a fix would be apreciated.

clear steam browser cache each time you relog. this is entirely your issue since you decide to use multiple accounts.

Hey Shiki, so I cleared the brower cache and cookies [steam -> settings -> web browser -> clear cache] and I also cleared the cache on my regular brower just in case hower the issue still persists. Have I done this wrong? I rebooted after clearing the caches
