Steam and Discord ONLY not working

Hey there, I've had this problem recently where my Steam (which affects my dota) and discord just randomly wont stay connected even if my internet is 100% fine. Discord will say no route, while dota will go to offline mode and steam will say no connection. It will randomly come back like 5-10 minutes later but then mess up again after some time. I have no idea what's wrong. I reformatted my computer, quadruple checked the firewalls, and everything. Nothing is working. Can someone help? I've looked everywhere for a solution to no avail. I've gotten Low Priority for 25 games in Dota now :(

I completely reset my modem gateway and it worked again

The reset modem thing only works for me for like 2minutes then it happens again. really weird.
