How do I buy something thats $0.19 without adding $5 t my account?

those're your options, sell your inventory items or add minimum $5... steam is a marketplace for games first and foremost, the market is just an additional supplement, but not main focus.

Download enhanced Steam. you can add a custom amount to your wallet. $5 may still be the minimum though.

Alright, ill let you know how it works

$5 is still the minimum. and you can do that just by inspecting element and changing 500 to something else, must be above 500 tho.
