no steam wallet option

so i redeemed a $20 card
but when i got to buy a game it does not show a option to pay with steam wallet funds :(
iv tried using different browsers,restarting steam and everything
any ideas?

rocksmith remastered for $30 and the spore collection for $10 i also attempted to buy only 1 of those and still same problem

OK it's definitely not the games as I tried both games and received the option for payment, not like what you experienced. I'm sorry but I've exhausted any ideas for help.

I suggest, if you can, to accumulate your screenshots and show them to support.

omg im not alone xD yay ok ill just keep poking at them..but sadly im sure ill miss the sales on these two games *shrugs* atleast i have hope itll be fixed thanks alot!

Mention that as well to them.

Not a guarantee, but I've heard of Valve giving games to people for issues like not being able to redeem a coupon for 90% during a 75% off sale. This is very similar in that it may force you to miss out on the financial benefit of the sale.
