Help with Steelseries Rival 100

i played CS:GO alot,Is fun but it ruinned by this glitch that started happend.So when i play steam games the sensitivity just awful but in the outside steam game my mouse is normal.I have steelseries rival 100 can anyone help me? I Tried using other mouse and yeah is working with Steam Games but with my rival 100 is just slow as hell maybe is the rival 100? but is normal in outside steam games.

UPDATED : I fix it,you just need to reset your pc.Move your personal file to another partitions.
