My smurf account is stolen and I can't contact steam (CS:GO).
Hello people,

So basically, my friend got VAC banned on his main account because he told me that his brother was hacking on his account and since they have the same phone number on their profile, they both got banned.

He came to me and asked me if he could borrow my smurf account for him to play CS:GO, since we have been friends for a couple for years now I trusted him and borrowed him my smurf account.

Then just today when he asked that if he could buy the account from me, I said sure and told him to pay about 25€ since it's close to level 21 for Prime and some CS:GO skins are on the account.

After an hour I received a message on my phone saying, "Steam Support has removed this number from the account xmusti_ (my account name). Contact us if you didn't request this".

Here's the screenshot I got from my phone number,
http://prnt.sc/en69o8

So now when this all happened, I couldn't contact steam support since they removed ticket support to use for recovering my account. I have all proof that I can give to recover my smurf account back and I really need a steam supporter to talk to.

If you know how to help me, please reply and I'll be very appreciated! :D

Kind regards,
xMusti_

Your post is confusing, you tried to sell the account which is against the TOS btw but now you want it back, why? I guess to try and sell it again, that's the impression I get.

Yeah, admitting to violating the Steam Subscriber Agreement by attempting to sell the account won't get you any favors with Valve. They can permanently suspend or terminate all your accounts for that.

Well, your friend, whom you gave access to your account, decided that he wants to, so to speak, fully claim it. The solution is simple: Talk with your friend.

I did not successfully sell the account to him, he stole it before he paid for the account. I really don't know how he stole it but he did.

I tried but he does not answer me.

You're in breach of the SSA by even trying to sell it, Steam Support won't help you at all once that is known. He stole it because he probably knows you're in breach of it.

Then go to the support page and reclaim your account. Problem solved.
