USB is write protected.
So I woke up. Then one day I wanted to format it. Then it is write protected. I tried so many things. Like cmd and stuff. Please can someone help me :2016imnotcrying:

I think older USBs had a switch to toggle on/off write protection.

I have had the same issue though no fix managed to solve it, I looked through forums for hours..

What I do know has helped a friend of me is a tool called phison format and restore tool, google it.

i tried it now but it says format failed. it still write protected!

I guess you might be out of luck with that USB stick.. :/ It could very well be a hardware problem with the damn thing.

yo this usb is like 30-50 dollar i think when i bought it and i bought it around november. this suck man this suck
