refund and paypal !

Hello, i wanna ask something. I buy my steam games through paypal, and i've had my normal bank card coupled to my paypal account. Its a normal mistercash bank card from ING.
I've bought alot of games that i really didn't like and only played a hour or a couple min because there was no try option. Now all my friends say just buy test and refund, They do this forever.

Normal when i buy a game trough paypal 2 days later i see that paypal did widraw money from my bank acound to pay the game.

Now let me say i buy a game and test for 1 hour and refund will they still widraw the money from my acound 2 days later and just send it back to my paypal acound ? Because than i have to send it back to my bank acound and that would take a few days.

I hope somebody can help me out here ! thanks already !

If the money hasn't been charged yet, they'll just cancel it and your bank account won't be touched.
Keep in mind that the refund system does not exist so you can demo games.
Valve can and will remove your privilege to refund games if you abuse the system. You will be warned though. Take such warnings seriously!

If you refund the same day then Steam most of the time just cancels the payment hold order to PayPal and no money will be withdrawn from your bank.

the pending charge should just disappear from the paypal account.

if you refund for "trying out" a game to many times you will get a notice from valve that you are potentially abusing the refund system.

Since its PayPal, if you refund in 24 hr, they will just cancel the order
