Stem Not downloading apps
Hello its already 2 mon ths since I am having problems with steam not wanting to install games and other programs. I have uninstalled steam several times, changed locations and other ♥♥♥♥ and nothing works....

makes your other devices wifi slower? What?

Sounds like your network has some issues beyond steam. Try to fix your router issues, some tips here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6776-MYXU-0480
Contact support for the router or adapter.

Consider getting a new wifi adapter or maybe powerline lan. Maybe even a new router.
EDIT: or do some proper lan-cable installations through the wall or along the wall, maybe hire someone.
