Zip files from iPhone to PC

This is probably the wrong place to ask this but since steam is usually pretty helpful and I can't be bothered to make an account for other forums here's my problem. I am without Internet except on my iPhone. I want to install the GECK for fallout nv. Normally I'd do it this with hotspot and a laptop but I don't have a laptop and my desktop doesn't have wifi. What I want to be able to do is save the Zip some how. And transfer it over to my computer Via USB. Had anyone ever done this and gotten it to work. If not I'll just have to find a laptop. I found the zip file just need to know what 3rd party apps (if any I can download to properly save it and to transfer it) thanks.

And what's stopping you from just tethering your desktop PC to the hotspot via your USB charging cable?

I tried that. It worked prior to my re-install of windows however it doesn't work anymore.

When you say "doesn't work", does it not recognize the device at all?

It will recognize the device. I.E. I can export pictures

Then your other easy option would be to install something like DropBox on your PC and iPhone and do the transfer via the cloud.

I also had this concern before, I searched for a solution for along time and I didn’t find anything except ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, there is no efficient way to do so with a USB cable, but there are some tools may help to reach that goal in a twisted way.

First download your file by using Firefox, in my case i want to download .zip file, after finishing go to downloads and click on share then choose UDisk app which is very useful in this case.

On pc you should download Itools the last version, forget about useless apps like ITUNES, ITools is the best.

Open ITools search for UDisk app, click on Documents, open index folder, and that’s it you should find all your files here, just export it to your pc and enjoy 😉.
