Restore mods to Nexus Mod Manager

Something bad happened to me.. My SSD that had all my mods installed "died" and I thought that I lost all of my mods (About 30 GB of mods) and because the list was so big I thought I would never get the same mods again because I don't remember them all. Well today I installed NMM again and put it in a HDD. I saw that there are no mods no plugins, but when I started Skyrim SE for the first time since the SSD died with my mods, I tought that I would play just vanilla skyrim, but no ALL MY mods and plugins are there. working and showing, even though they are not in my NMM nor in my HDD. They were only in the SSD that died, that was the only place I installed them on. my NMM still looks empty and I am scared to download any new mods because I think it will brake everything.. Edit: So I found out that the mods are in my Skyrim folder :D and I need them back to the NMM. How can I get installed mods back to the NMM if the NMM has been "deleted".
