Download going from stuck on 100% then going to 0%??
So i went to update csgo for the new update, then my computer crashed. I relaunch steam too see my CSGO is not downloaded. I go ahead and download it again, but it just got stuck and 100%. It said 6.2G/6.2G, so i decided to turn off my pc and try again tomorrow. I log in today and reinstall csgo and it did the exact same thing. In my :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading

folder, in the steam game ID for csgo(730) it has all the game files, so I copied them and pasted them into

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive

then it went back to 0%, can any1 help? I have the game downloaded but it still downloads!

Maybe you have no more space in your computer for CSGO?
I have 200gb's of space left in my C Drive :/
I've seen this issue come up pretty frequently lately. But the good news is there is a work around.

You'll need to check for the "Local Content" of the game in your Steam Library folder. If these files are here and are relatively the same size as your downloaded portion (9 GB) you should be able to recover them by moving the files from your steam downloading folder to your steam common folder and restarting steam. This will force steam to try to install the game, realize the game isn't finishing downloading, and fetch the remaining pieces
