How to Bypass Steam Trade Hold

Its been along time since i made a few trade before and i realise that there is trade hold. It can be remove but i dont know how. Can someone help me?

I thought it was 15 but I'm forgetful.

Last time i enabled mobile authenticator it said 15 days which was around 2 months back. Although i know that it was 7 days originally.
