How do I re-enable cd-key popup?
I bought Resident Evil 5 back in 2009 and used to have a cd-key popup but I disabled it. How do I re-enable that popup or at least how can I view my cd-key? Right clicking my game in Library no longer gives me the option to "View CD Key" while there was such option in the past.

On the side note, I need the key to access my saved data on windows live.

P.S. the key does not exist in my email reciept.

There should be a "CD Key" link on the right side of library, or ingame in the Steam overlay.
You need the game installed to view the cd key.

not quite though, there should be a menu option at the right option of the game view in grid that says cd key

I recall seeing both of those in the past but now I don't see it at all.

My game is installed, its why I just recently discovered that I now need my cd-key to access my saved data.

If you mean because of Games for Windows Live then dont bother. Resident Evil 5 switched to Steamworks a year ago when the GOLD Update came out. The old save files from the GFWL version are not compatible and there is no way to convert them.
Everyone had to start from a fresh save.

Thanks, shame to lose all those hours of gameplay and game items.
How would you contact support about this?

I have this problem for Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition that I bought on steam. I need that product key to register it somewhere outside of steam and now they have vanished.

I looked through their support pages about "Steam-issued third party keys" and help with product keys but it either redirects me back to the main support page or send me to a page with no option to "Contact Support".

Steam no longer displays cd-keys for products; they're not required. In March Steam "patched" an "exploit" that allowed people subbing to EA Play to activate Steam keys in the Origin client. Unfortunately, that caused a whole lot of headaches for innocent bystanders.

So, you should not need the key if launching through Steam, but there are exceptions (Spore being one).

You need to contact Origin support. This isn't a Steam issue. EA needs to check why your Steam account and Origin accounts aren't "synced" up.

Edit: Why do you need the key? Are you getting an error message from Origin?
