You are trying to join gta with an altered version of the game - UPDATE
Since yesterday I keep having this problem when I try to join GTA Online. I Posted a discussion like this yesterday, but didnt get any help. I thought this would be fixed until today, but it seems like it didnt. I need help, please.

Have you tried verifying the game cache?

UPDATE: I have found the problem! Just remove the dinput8 file in your gta folder, and it will work again. Verifying game cache or restarting steam will NOT help. Dont delete the dinput8 incase you need it for the future, but just remove it from the folder.
