Report a translation problem
Anyway to the OP, go to your steam folder in your file explorer, and make a copy of the ClientRegistry.blob file, and place it in a secure folder as a backup (just in case). Make sure to delete it from the Steam folder if it is still there. Next, relaunch Steam, and it will reacquire the file. Sometimes that file gets corrupted, and it leads to issues (sometimes with logging in). Give it a shot!
Also, make sure your Steamguard is turned on.
