Report a translation problem
1. In the steam client , click on STEAM > SETTINGS > DOWNLOADS , Change the download region to a different country , then try to download again.
2. The same as #1 but this time you don't need to change the download region , instead , press on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE.
3. In the main file of steam , delete every file except for
- steam.exe
- userdata
- steamapps
after that restart your computer and let steam update again.
4. if everything still didn't work go to task manager by pressing alt + ctrl + del
then go to processes , there should be a file there that says USC (i forgot the name) ,
click the name then press end process , if that didn't work , search for something that's eating a lot of MEMORY in the PROCESSES tab ,it should be the main reason why you can't download / update / install games because it's eating too much ram , then press END PROCESS again.
That's about all i know , i'm sorry if none of the solutions worked.
