how to send ticket to steam support?
i believe i have received this message in error
and i want send ticket to support for help

clicking contact Steam Support then select my issue will lead me back to image 2

Odd that it's sending you to the old ticket page
https://help.steampowered.com/

Presumably under the My Account button should point you in the correct direction. Any link that points to the NewTicket.php page will fail so don't bother clicking on it.

What options do you have after clicking on the My Account button on the main Support page? Have you cleared the notification by checking the I Have Read This Message on image 1?

im having same sort of issue trying to contact support, it keeps running me through the faq pages then refers me to help.steampowered.com - which is just the same faq pages in web browser.

I'm assuming there's no Contact Steam Support button if you scroll lower? It's supposed to be right below the Review Our FAQ on Trading and Market Restrictions button.

Do you get such a button on this page?

Bottom of the page depicted by Image 2 is supposed to be a pair of buttons. One says "Review Our FAQ on Trading and Market Restrictions" This is clearly showen in image 2. Below that button should be one labeled Contact Steam Support, it would be below where Image 2 cuts off.
