Report a translation problem
Go on your profile, then to your infos (Like screenshots, games, etc) and click on workshop items, go at one item and press the delete button.
Did someone added you as contributor? May also be a reason.
Can you maybe tell which game the specific workshop item is about (Euro Truck Simulator 2, Garrys Mod, Team Fortress 2, etc) ? Or can you provide a picture?
Maybe it's a bug with Steam, I can recommend, try restarting steam maybe, it sounds weird, but it can't hurt.
If that doesn't help, look after the people in your friendlist who are creating addons, and ask them, if they may have added you to something.
