How to view pending friends requests?

Call me an idiot, but I genuinely don't know how/where.
Every source I've found says it's a tab in "Friends", but I don't see it.
Anyone know how?

top right by ur name where ur messages are

"Pending friend requests" as in you sending them out? An additional category appears called "Invitations sent" when you access the friend list by clicking "View friends list". If it does not, the user already accepted or declined the request.

I see tabs saying:
"All Friends"
"Blocked Users"
"Recently Played With"
and "Following"
no 'Invitations sent'.
I doubt it's because they've been declined because I just sent about 6 in the last minute, and a couple of the poeple I sent one to are offline. Can't find them in my friends list either.

Uh... no.. you are accessing the friends list. You click "VIEW FRIENDS LIST" at the bottom right of the Steam browser.
