the older the correct information is the better.
you make it as short and precise as possible
and
foolproof.
In your case like this:
my 2 accounts were hijacked. He stole them with a malware on my computer.
+ proof of ownership for each account
BTW, how did you know they were up for sale? Maybe that raised suspicion
He also tried to sell it back to me for 100 euro. It took hours but I was finally able to catch him off guard and I blocked all the chickenkiller links and Trojans he was spamming me with.
Now I can use my pc though now sometimes, if I startup offline, he spams my pc so much it's forced to shut down.
On Monday I will be making some backup files for my videos, musics and similar things whilst resetting everything.
I wanted to post a print here of the ticket I sent with other screenshots but my PC shuts off within the minute since I went offline and now, looking at malwarebytes, I see that as soon as it connects, the pc is spammed with the exact same link.
Hopefully you didnt use it for support contact.
Well, someone can make your computer having to deal with bad websites, and could use it to steal your steam accounts.
"But at least you feel safe becasue your anti software can block links".
Somehow (most likely through a download i overlooked), this guy got into my computer and installed trojans.
These trojans as i found out included keylogs, back door access and things of the sort. You could tell there was a delay between almost all he tried to do, of 3-15 seconds if i recall correctly, so if i typed something important or tried to google how to get rid of his control, he would shut it down, i only got something working when i made him think i was just googling how to get rid of the svchost trojan when in reality, in one of the other windows i had was the download page for the software, took a few tries but i managed to catch him off guard.
I dont recall the exact names of what it was he had but basically i found in here enough to take my passwords and access my programs. Hence why he took my smurfs so easily but failed where external access was needed such as stealing my main account or looking at my paypal.
When i started blocking his access, before the initial trojans were removed he made a popup that titled "lmfao" and the description was "you think you will remove?" with boxes saying yes and no. I left that box there and while the whole thing was scanned i typed in notepad that he was a fat f a g g o t.
Even after i removed the many trojans he had here (like 14 or something), he could still make my pc restart on its own. When i set my anti malware to blocking bad links, i discovered how he was sending inputs. Some websites under the chickenkiller name would send commands, as soon as these were bloacked, he could not do anything aside from spam me with the ck commands.
10 minutes ago i set my firewall´s settings to basically not allow any processes like this to even be considered rather than having them analyzed before removed which overburdened my pc and would make it shut off.
I have typed all my passwords, have logged into my smurfs, emails and nothing has happened. He cant shut off anything. The worst he can do right now is make my processor´s percentage go up maybe 3% tops and maybe slow down one or 2 connections to a website like youtube by an extra quarter second.
Right now i feel somewhat safe because steam support has gotten to their senses and are working with me to get back my last missing account (second top on my profile comments).
http://prntscr.com/eibk3v - hes still going... gosh the guy needs to get a life
Ahm, any of you want some steam items?
You should pull the internet, format and reinstall. At once. After you noticed that.
Someone with access to your computer could literally have done "everything". Just as long lasting effect, changing any thing you "know" to make sure you get re-infected soon enough. Or what not.
