I really would appriciate if someone told me how to change my currency to dollars instead of pounds, it saves me the trouble of having to check the difference everytime im trading. Please

Just change the Steam store country in your account settings, the currency will automatically be converted. Keep in mind that your payment must must come from the same country as the Steam store country.

Im using a website where i can buy and sell csgo items and possibly get a really good deal but i do they dont show prices in Pounds, only dollars. It will take a really long time in the long run to keep converting pounds to dollars seeing if prices are good ect

That's not a Steam issue.

im looking for an a way to solve this problem, not looking for some guy trying to feel good by saying a smart ass answer that litterally doesnt help at all. Thanks for your time.

Then why are you asking here? Ask for help on whatever third party site you're using.

Because the answer lies within the steam application.

Steam only shows you prices in your native currency

You cannto change how the currency works unless you are in a country that actually supports said currency

There is no 'problem' to solve. Valve is not going to give you a way to make breaking the SSA and ToS easier.
