are all steam wallet codes 15 digits?

I got a code and when i try to redeem it it gives me an error and its 14 digits did i get a faulty code?

I got it from swagbucks but its not the first one, the other ones worked fine they were even for more money

Was it a physical card or just the code. If it was a physical card, you probably rubbed off one of the numbers. If so, follow these instructions. https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithDamagedWalletCode

If it was just a code given to you, most likely the code was incomplete, you may want to email swagbucks and let them know. Sounds sketchy to me, though.

Then email them, most likely they have actual cards and someone just made an error and forgot a digit. Wallet codes are aaaaa-bbbbb-ccccc and can be letters or numbers.

Also, what is the error message. It can be one of 4.

already redeemed
invalid number
not activated

I'm guessing you got "invalid number"
