CSGO Keyboard delay, Beep sound when clicking on mouse

So, I have this problem on my computer, when I play CSGO. This only happens sometimes but when it happens I need to fix it or it will never go away. But now i've come to this point when I cant fix it. I hope some of you might be able to help me out on this one..

So the problem is:
When I walk there's a delay from when I press W till it walks on screen. And it keeps walking. This happens with any key, E, WASD, Q, Tab, SHIFT, CTRL, etc.
Sometimes I just spam the keys and hopes it will get working but it keeps going in it's mind, and if I click on my mouse my crosshair kinda get's stuck and my computer makes this deep "beep" sound, not like the sticky keys one.
My FPS is fine, and it does not mess around like that constantly. But it seems like I can't fix it this time.
Even though I have alright FPS the world dosen't load when I make quick movements etc. The game worked fine before.

I play on not the best laptop with a 2.2 ghz dual-core intel processor. Intel graphicscard and 6 gbr.
I do have launch options and a custom config dowloaded and installed(not illegal stuff) from a youtuber that made a video about the same issue I have, and it worked the first time this happened, but not now.
I have re-installed the game, downloaded an autoexec, turned down everything to the lowest settings, didn't do anything in the console or anything. Please help.

turn vsync off, and that beeping sound? your computer is locking up, your laptop is not a gaming laptop.

If it is a wireless keyboard and mouse, try a wired connection. Might be a hardware fault.

I have this exact problem and i tried switching keyboards but still had the same problems, i saw this was posted a while ago, did you manage to find a fix?
