Can't buy dlc.

The binding of isaac afterbirth plus dlc says n/a but I clearly do not have it, and my friends have bought it. How do I fix this? (It is definitely not free.)

you are trying to buy the dlc by itself, you need to buy afterbirth as well.

You can't buy the DLC if you don't own Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth

I do own the game, I bought both of them yesterday.

I have both rebirth and afterbirth, just not afterbirth plus

then go to the link I posted, you literally missed it, or what? it has the package you want. you can only buy in bundle.

I'm guessing you bought afterbirth, perhaps by mistake, on another account

I only have one account, and thats because afterbirth is dlc not a new game.

steam says I have both, and when I started up the game it showed the option to import saves from rebirth to afterbirth. Also buying the bundle seems like it will work.
