I need help With my h1z1 kotk skins,
Sorry for the bad english but here is my problem:

So around a week or 2 ago i tried to sell my skins on opskins, But few days after the trade I made up my mind and wasn't worth it so i canceled the trade (you have 14days to cancel a trade if im correct , but after the cancel i did not receive my items , did contact opskins and they told me the trade was canceled and should be in my inventory but nothing is there i waited a week maybe it had some process time but nothing yet :S made a email to noreply@steampowered.com> but they don't answer me

Well, what do you think the NOREPLY means?
Anyway, Valve does not support such third party websites and any issues you encounter using those is entirely on your own.

List an item for sale on the community market, make sure to list it at a price it won't sell for. Cancel the listing. Check your inventory. Also check your inventory in-game.

okay valve doesnt support third party websites but it has nothing to do with it, cause i cannceled the trade like u can see on the screenshot but my items are gone?

Is there annyway i can contact Steam about this then?

Have you listed an item on the community market at a price it won't sell for, cancelled the listing, and check your inventory?
Have you checked your inventory in-game?
I posted a gun on community market, it removed from my invintory i cancelled, and it turned back ? but what has it do with my trade cancell of my h1z1 skins?
Did you confirm the listing? Adding and removing an item for sale from the community market refreshes your inventory, which may cause the missing items to appear.

You still haven't answered if you checked your inventory in-game.
yeah i checked ingame sorry, yeah i confirm the listing via email. but it had a 15day lock tho but it go removed from the invintory , and now its back in after i canccel
How did you cancel the trade? On Steam, or on the third-party web site?
Items should not leave your account until the 15 day hold is up. Once the trade is cancelled, they should return to you immediately. What items specifically are missing?
Yeah, the items should have returned to your inventory. I'm honestly not sure what happened. Have you asked the game's developer for assistance?
Ok good idea ill try ask daybreak but doubt they answer me wish me luck ,
I have some updates , so i got into contact with h1z1 support and this is what they told me ,

Daybreak Games In-Game Customer Support cannot help you with this issue as we do not see all the innerworkings of the Steam system. You should contact Steam Support and tell them you went to trade an item and while it was in trade lock it didn't let you cancel the trade. They will be able to see things we cannot see from our side of the system and possibly help you, but we cannot assist with a Steam trade gone bad.

but i got a email back from steam support and they told me

You will need to contact H1Z1 support as this trade return failed in their system. Only they can return the items for you.

Wel thats funny right? they see its a problem but none knows how to fix it ...
