Weird email received from Twitch.tv
Sometime ago i received an email from twitch in greek which is my first language and use in the site which also tells me it's a legit email. (there are no greek scamers to begin with, and also why would someone want a twitch account?). The email pretty much said that someone had logged in to my account from a different country and my password changed to a different one for safety purposes. The thing is that i logged into my account without a problem , and using my old password. Why did i get this email? I did change my password just in case.(sorry for posting something this random in steam but i dont know where else to post it.)

why would someone take time out of their day sending me a fake email really well translated in one of the hardest languages just to "troll"?

Because. Really, theres always a reason. Don't assume you can't be targeted. But if the email doesn't have any links, that's not the case. Phishing mails always have links.

no there were not any link in the email. but still the password had not been changed as it said in the email. weird
Then I suggest not to care.
I received one as well, but in english...which is not my first language... and I was able to log into my account w/ no problems.
